  Been there a few times over the years. Staff is generally unfriendly and not helpful. Went in today with an injury. When my name was called my wife and I got up to walk back and the nurse that called my name closed the door before we could make it there (I’m moving a little slow due to the injury but faster then some of the older people they had waited on). So I said something to one of the women at the window that I was moving slow and missed the nurse at the door. She said “let me get her”. 1 minute later the same nurse came out and called another name. Then the lady at the desk said “we’ll get you right back”. 10 mins later everyone else that had come into the waiting room after us had gone back and we were still standing there waiting. So my wife said something to the lady at the desk and she went back to check with the nurse. The lady at the desk returned and said they never called my name and we are still on the waiting list now. They wouldn’t even admit a mistake and lied about it so we left and went to Carolina Medical Center Urgent Care by Harris Teeter for the first time and were treated very well. We were also in and out in about the same time we had waited at Lakeside. The customer service at Lakeside has always been lacking from previous experience with myself and other members of my family. After today’s visit we will not be returning. Lying about a mistake is just plain wrong in any business.
