- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If i could give negitive stars i would .. This banfield never answers their phone . In January when me an my wife had to put our beloved dog of 12 Years the vet told is their was no way they would euthanize our dog unless we spent $5,000 getting her examined and exploratory surgery refused to treat us with respect in our time of sorrow.... Today I tried to give them one more chance as our new pup needed a few stitches.. They didn't answer the phone over a two hour period.. It seems that they are more concerned about making money than the quality of service they provide to families.. I will never again return to banfielsd pet hospital as a company whole. Let alone the Mooresville location..July 23, 2017by jeff jackson
